Well thought out plan and idea. We downsized from 2200 sq to 1100 a few years back. There are two adults and while we renovated we really only had half of the 1100 and you know, we learnt to adapt. If one was single I think this would be perfect. We all have to much “junk” in our lives and it rules us instead of us ruling them.

Just looking for ideas for my new home – it’s going to be about 10 times that size though. I can’t imagine living in something that small. Yes the price is right, but comfort for me just would not be there. To each there own but I would never buy something like that.

This is pretty sweet. I live in a “giant” 600/sf row house in Baltimore. But, really liked this house. It would be really helpful to have a floor plan to better picture what we are looking at. Let’s get small!
