Nominate designers for Hometta’s list of modern custom builders?

HomettaHometta is looking for help – they’re putting together a list of modern custom builders. Do you know a builder who isn’t afraid of a flat roof? Who embraces the opportunity to build a sustainable, architectural, design-forward house? It seems that true modern-friendly builders are a bit of a rare breed. Have you had a house built, or partnered with a builder on a project, or just know someone who built a particularly beautiful modern house? Are you a modern builder yourself?

Submit nominations to Hometta via email.

If Hometta can pull this off the list will be an excellent resource for all modernists, architects and future modern homeowners.

    Hi Colin,

AFAIK Hometta will be providing information on their vetting process soon. They are offering builders free listings but they want the list to be of quality, not filled with random construction companies, etc. Not a bad resource in our opinion.

    Thanks!

AFAIK the builder list is not a free and open public resource. You have to be a paid subscriber (I am one). It’s also unclear what kind of vetting that Hometta does on those listed. It’s an excellent getting-started resource but that’s about it.
