		<description>Hello from Asheville NC -
My family lives at Caddo lake between shreveport La and Longview TX
It is on the Texas side. My father has offered a piece of property that they own for me to build a cottage so that I have a separate place to stay while visiting and taking care of them. I wanted to build a small house that was made of recycled materials - a statement to an area that does not recycle at all. I would like to find out more about how you work and charge for your properties. I am on a limited budget so if you are marketing to the high end then I may not be the prime candidate for you - but there is a tremendous marketing opportunity in the fact hat the national park is opening...I have much more info for press opportunites. Please send me your information so that I will know how to proceed. Many thanks -
